First of All, sometimes our clients forget, or maybe don't even realize, that we are a full-serice real estate company, and everyone who works at Arrowpoint Realty, Inc. is not only an Arizona real estate licensee, but we are also all members of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®. the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Each of our licensees is also a subscriber to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Serivce. Over the past 20 years, we have sold millions of dollars of real estate in the Scottsdale and Metro Phoenix market place.

Our Designated Broker, W. Michael Novotny, is a member and Past President of SAAR -- The Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®,  as well as a member of SEVRAR -- The Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®, and also NARPM -- The National Association of Residential Property Managers®. Michael holds the G.R.I. Designation from The National Association of REALTORS® as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.

Arropwoint Realty also is a well-established provider of residential leasing and property management services, currently managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties in Scottsdale and throughout the Phoenix Metro area, including a group of 20 units owned by one of our local Churches.

We can provide simple "lease up" services, or full scale leasing and management .  Our management services include rent collections, repair and maintenance work, tenant oversight, and serving as your statutory agent, as required by law if you live outside of Arizona.

We provide clients with a monthly operating statement and a complete set of year-end financial reports ready to go to your accountant.

Note: Arrowpoint does not typically make monthly HOA or property tax payments, nor do we compute depreciation as part of your year end tax package.
