For years, the model of a real estate brokerage was the agent and the employing brokerage working on some type of commission split formula. It was here in Phoenix, Arizona in 1965 that Realty Executives is credited with first pioneering the 100% commission concept where the agent would pay a monthly fee, and in turn, keep 100% of any commissions earned. However, the obligation of a substantial monthly fee discouraged many agents, so enter the hybrid firms with a low monthly fee and something less than 100% commission split.

We want to develop a new model, one where we can merge our three decades of property management experience with the 100% and near-100% sales commission concept.
